Episode 137 – Kathy Griffin, Bill Maher, and Stealthing

Right off the bat, you’ll notice the theme to Cowboy Bebop.  It’s one of Lori’s all-time favorite shows, and the rumor is it’s coming back for a live-action version.  Then we talk about stealthing.  Is it rape or sexual assault to pull off a condom during sex?  We cover all sides of the issue.  The Supreme Court ruled on the under-covered but insanely important Lexmark case, and they got it right in unanimous fashion.  Libertarian Party chair Nicholas Sarwark got himself in a little bit of hot water over a comparison he made about his party, in a story we promised you last week that we’d return to cover.  Kathy Griffin did a press conference that only made her situation worse, but she still swears it’s Trump’s fault.  Is she nuts? Julie Borowski gets discussed again on the show for the first time in at least 70 or 80 episodes.  Bill Maher said something horribly stupid, but it looks like he’ll get to keep his job.  Covfefe.  Congrats to the Cincinnati Reds’ Scooter Gennett for having one of the top offensive performances in Major League history while we’re recording the show.  Harvard doesn’t want you if you meme.
