Lucas Oil Stadium is the Indianapolis stadium that is home to the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts. Part of how it was financed was a 2% sales tax added to restaurant and hotel purchases in the counties surrounding Indianapolis.
The RCA Dome (originally the Hoosier Dome) was the Colts home from the time they moved to Indianapolis until Lucas Oil Stadium opened
