Griswold v. Connecticut – 1965 US Supreme Court case that ruled the Constitution protects your right to privacy.  The case was about whether or not it was legal for a state to ban contraceptives.

Eisenstadt v. Baird – 1972 US Supreme Court case that ruled that unmarried people have the same right to contraceptives that married people do.
